WARRANTY INFORMATION

LIMITED ONE (1) YEAR MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY

Total Beauty Resource (“TBR”) warrants this appliance, sold under its brands including O2 Professional, BOX90210, and LEVEL PRO 3.0, against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the original date of purchase when purchased from an authorized seller. Authorized sellers include professional salons, barbershops, authorized distributors, retailers, and authorized online storefronts. Proof of purchase is required. Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered.

At its discretion, Total Beauty Resource will replace any appliance determined to be defective under normal use. A $40 processing, return shipping, and handling fee applies to all approved warranty replacements. Replacement appliances are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear; buyer’s remorse; cosmetic or accidental damage; misuse, abuse, negligence, or unauthorized repair; failure to follow operating or maintenance instructions; modification or alteration; damage to steel or plastic components; power cord damage due to improper handling; removal or alteration of serial numbers; or products purchased from unauthorized sellers.

Retailers and authorized online sellers may offer returns or exchanges in accordance with their own policies. Total Beauty Resource does not control or guarantee retailer or marketplace return decisions.

HOW TO OBTAIN WARRANTY SERVICE

If service is required, first contact the authorized seller from whom the product was purchased. If further assistance is needed, contact Total Beauty Resource Customer Service at info@totalbeautyresource.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) Number. Once issued, return the appliance freight prepaid with proof of purchase, the RA Number clearly marked on the package, and a $40 check or money order payable to Total Beauty Resource. The return address will be provided with the RA Number.

Do not send any appliance without an RA Number. Items returned without authorization may be refused or discarded. Shipping costs to Total Beauty Resource are the consumer’s responsibility. Total Beauty Resource is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
